Every player who completes the programme gains an NCFE Customised Qualification (Level 2 GCSE equivalent). In addition to a customised qualification for their CV, players leave with a professional digital portfolio showcasing their work—giving them a tangible head start if they choose to pursue higher education or careers in sport business, marketing, graphic design, or apparel brand management.
